      - Flexible - Lots of hours (depending on season) - Nice Uniform - Nice facility - Membership

      Cons

      - Cleaning, lifeguards have to clean more than guarding the pool - Management favouritism - Turnover - Low wages - Bonus', you have to lose money so that Management can get a bonus - Lack of Job Security - Members (awful)
