      Free membership...if you can find time to use it...

      Pay is terrible. Worked here 5 years and never got a raise from MINIMUM WAGE. However they expect you to kiss up to every member and memorize every word from the vision and mission during random audits just so the manager (who is not even present during the audits!!) can receive a hefty bonus for herself and nothing for the employees! Members treated the employees terribly. Saw many members yelling at employees for no reason and management did nothing. Embarassing.

      Pros

      Excellent facilities, always clean. Amenities are second to none. Testing for clients is also very good.

      Cons

      As an employee, expect to 1) be associated with a fraternity amongst the hire ups 2) Sales first always, training and actually knowing what you're doing - Second. 3) If you are not good at sales, don't expect to receive it from this company !!!! Those who are good at sales ARE NOT good at teaching it. It's obvious. 4) If you aren't good at sales, you won't receive leads (as a trainer).

      Pros

      Health benefits for full-time staff. Flexible with time off.

      Cons

      High turnover of management. Terrible support from senior and facility management. No job security, often saw people fired due to personal issues. HR department exists as a legal requirement, often compromising anonymity and failing to support staff with grievances. Little to no adherence to health and safety laws. Assigned inspector provides tip-offs when they are due to arrive.
