      Pros

      The people at Life Time are amazing, they really try to create a family environment with the employees, and my employer at the time was loved by everyone in my department. It was always a friendly, accommodating place to be and the staff from different departments were very nice as well.

      Cons

      One major downside were the members themselves who made working at Life Time not as enjoyable. The employees were great. But because Life Time is a more expensive gym, the members who do attend Life Time feel privileged and some don't treat the employees very well.

      Great team for the most part. Facility was amazing, and best perk of the job was a free membership. Great for meeting new people, and networking. Expectations were outlined, though unrealistic with given team

      Cons

      Management lacked experience Operations department was blamed for others mistakes Other departments treated Ops poorly. Overworked and underpaid -> due to low budget and understaffing
