The management and Company job posting was not upfront about the amount of sales in this position. I want to teach Pilates, not feel like a car salesman. I was thrown out on the gym floor, without direction, on my fourth day. I had to start “making calls” and getting members to sign up for demos. Expectations, as far as training and job duties, were nothing like they promised.
