Pros
The free membership is great. Especially if you have kids. Food can be good depending on your location
Cons
Terrible management. Managers sit around and do nothing and act like they are important. They leave most of the work to the support staff. Pay is terrible and benefits are even worse. They do not reward good employees and they do nothing to foster a team environment. Every “department” works separately and not cooperatively. All that matters is money to this company.
