      Pros

      You get a free gym membership to a great facility and good benefits. I love the people I get to work with, employees and members

      Cons

      Pay is horrible. Being a ADH in the spa, Im sure I could make more being a manager at McDonalds. The commission rate for the techs in the spa is the worst I've seen at a spa. ever. I had no motivation to move up in the company.

      Pros

      The free gym membership is a huge plus! facilities are very clean and they have a lot to offer a member at a price that isn't too bad.

      Cons

      Wow where to start. They have no employee recognition whatsoever. Employees are looked at as bodies as opposed to people. Theres no consideration for employees who have put time and dedication into working here and are hungry to excel and move up within the company, all of that is disregarded. Department heads pay is sketchy and not consistent for the work that they do. Again no employee recognition or incentives not even ever a "hey good job on that, i appreciate you". A big resentment between departments no team work as a company at all.

      Pros

      Loved being a personal trainer and pilates coordinator, helping people out of pain and to reach their goals. Free membership for myself but not my family.

      Cons

      Continuing education that lifetime is trying to brand, that would have no Baring I'm the real world. Lack of communication with upper management. Discrimination if you are a female with children.
