      Excellent opportunity to make $100k+ per year. Flexibility in schedule for elite coaches Great health benefits for commercial gym Free membership

      Cons

      Cleaning the gym with no pay. Unpaid meetings. High expectations with no base pay in addition to commission. Poor sales and marketing training for team in a sales-driven profession

      Good pay and coworkers are nice

      Cons

      There's virtually no training and the management is terrible. It's extremely unorganized and most managers seem like they have no idea what they're doing. The free membership is nice and it's slow at times but because of the lack of training, you’re forced to learn everything by yourself, which is overwhelming and upsetting. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this job.
