      • receive a Free gym membership • get to wear workout clothes as uniform • get to work with kids

      Cons

      • barely get shift coverage • people rarely tip for birthday parties (which are so hard) • a lot of kids (and even PARENTS) are rude, snobby, & annoying • clean everything when closing (hassle & stay late) • most parents don't pick up their kids on time & you have to stay late • weekends are crazy

      Free Membership Great Facilities Team Members are great Made pretty great money in sales

      Life Balance is horrible Micro management Work over 50-60 hours a week Even if your in the top sales team or in the top twenty sales people in the company you always feel like you are not appreciated and always replaceable. Not a good feeling to have. They will burn you out, unfortunately.
