      Pros

      Love working in an environment that is centered around health and fitness. Free platinum membership when employed is a huge plus. Discounts on services (personal training, cafe, spa, etc) is another great benefit.

      Cons

      Not a lot to complain about...Pay could be more competitive for some positions. Difficult to get raises in some positions because it is based on a point system. Managers slowly try to add more and more hours and responsibilities to your plate

      The hardest point in your career at Life Time is going to be your first three months. We're continuing to try to make the new hire experience better and better.

      Lot of programs and ancillaries that increase earning potential. A true opportunity to educate people in how to use science to their advantage to lose weight and improve health.

      Cons

      If you want to make a living wage, you have to be willing to commit to working up to 60 hours a week up to 7 days a week. If you have young children, expect to miss their childhood.
