Pros

The only benefit that I can think of is that you get a free membership to some of the facilities. The health benefits are good if you can get them set up correctly... Management isn't there to help you, they're there to hang out with their friends and do the bare minimum.

Cons

Everything else that the job constitutes is a con. Low pay (100% commission), long hours, no help from upper management... pretty much everything... They actually tell you to keep drilling the prospect in your office until they get so mad that they actually leave or want to hit you.

Pros

Flexible hours, good salary at start, phone and internet reimbursement

Cons

No communication from management, minimal raises, gym membership is good if you live close to the gym where you work at (Chanhassen is platinum level but all the gyms towards the middle of minneapolis are a higher level. If you work at corporate you will be set as platinum.), minimal career development in tech area of corp., HR hiring process is a nightmare, impossible to get tech training (even at the <$100 level, was told 'no'). Please note that the "culture & Values" from below reflects those from the department level and not the company level.

Pros

Gym membership, good for resume as a top health company, good colleagues.

Cons

Very corporate. How? Fail a yearly test and you are terminated. Can not recite the mission word for word? You will not be hired. Everyone in management is expected to work 6 days a week. Micro-managed on every level. 2 to 5 meetings a day is the norm required by the company.
