      Pros

      Love the members and most of the staff. They become like family

      Cons

      Company doesn't care about you. You can do the best job ever and they'll still screw you over. They'll keep the awful employees just because they are "happy go lucky."

      Pros

      Having a love of kids makes the job a lot of fun, free membership to the gym is an awesome perk. There is variety between the Child Center, Summer Camps, Parent's night out, Birthday parties, etc.

      Cons

      If the DH doesn't like you, she will just stop scheduling you and hope you get the hint. As with any childcare job, be ready to be exposed to a lot of germs. Not many chances for advancements or raises.

      Free gym membership for employees. Most peers are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Don't value their employees. All promotions go to friends of the manager. Minimum wage. No raises. Management is disorganized and cares about their bottom line over value.
