Pros
The organization does a lot to support the communities in Baltimore and the surrounding areas. LifeBridge recently increased the minimum wage to $15/hr for over 1,000 employees. Most leaders I've worked with are very friendly and collaborative. I've been with the organization and have seen dramatic growth.
Cons
Since the organization has grown a lot through acquisition, there are practices and policies that vary across the organization.
