      nice team of workers good benefits licenses are paid 4 weeks vacation

      Primary care is hard to do. Heavy work load ( patients load and messages). On call, sometime 24 hours

      TOXIC. Unhealthy work environment. DO NOT work here. The turnover in the organization speaks for itself.

      Hospital HR has a policy that employees get a lot of chances before you can fire them. It really benefits the staff and not the doctor so you are stuck with bad staff for a long time.
