Pros

They have a lot of employee assistance like workforce development (a life/career coach helps you to develop your career path, and works with you to implement it), workplace education (classes offered by Lifebridge that include learning how to use Microsoft programs, money management, bridge programs, and more), and also tuition assistance for part and full time employees. For the most part, there is teamwork, kindness, and support between everyone. The patients are happy, and they encouraged to stay active with a recreational department (something I haven't heard of anywhere else).

Cons

Management don't always approve of employees taking classes, which leads them (the employee) to become stagnant. They are usually short staffed, and employees become burned out. High turn over rates.
