You are considered expendable. My boss who has worked herself to the bone for our department was kicked to the curb. A outside consultant was hired and she decided she knows better the the employees who have been working at the hospital for more then 20 years. This outside consultant is cleaning house because she is not vested in the hospital she doesn't care about the staff that has worked with the company for years. This hospital will throw you out after they have worked you to the bone. Very sad and disappointing, one of the worst places I have ever worked.

There is some management that needs to be replaced. Employees should not be assisted verbally at work.
