Grossly underpaid, Experienced significant amounts of workplace bullying, Management's eyes and ears are everywhere (especially in your coworkers) and feels oppressive, Given little opportunity to affect change in workplace/environment, Skills and abilities greatly under-utilized leading to feelings of frustration and dissatisfaction, Voiced concerns never brought about resolution of issues, Management often feels threatened by capable employees, Bullies and incompetent managers are protected while the strongest employees become fed-up and leave

Great co-workers made alot of lifetime friends here. Atmosphere is alot like a family. Customer service is top notch.

Cons

Cap with raises with excuses like budget issues. 4% increase annually is horrible.
