Pros

Great place to work (outside of the IT department), friendly staff, decent cafeteria, great benfits and decent starting pay.

Cons

The IT department is stuck in 1999. Most of the people that work there are seriously unqualified for their job positions and anyone who is competent leaves within a year. Many of these people have no clue about cyber security or enterprise level management. There is no direction, documentaiton, standards, or policies. One of the most technically incompetent IT departments I've ever experienced.

Great sense of teamwork among employees, growth of the organization, opportunities for involvement in a variety of areas, strong values.

Cons

Growth and change can sometimes feel unsettling, there have been many leadership changes in the organization and it can be difficult to reassure employees that changes are positive.
