      Loved the people- great place to work... wonderfull staff, everyone was willing to pitch to help when needed. HR staff was always helpful

      Cons

      None. I don't have any cons to talk about - my time at Sinai was wonderful and I would love to work there again.

      the benefits are good; staff seems to take collective pride in their work; good communication between upper level management and employees; CEO walks through floors regularly and talks with staff asking for feedback

      Cons

      always working at max ratio; stress level high due to workload; more and more documentation is being required and no extra time to do it; pressure to do work in less time
