Possibility for lots of overtime. Nice co workers

Cons

Lots of late night due to short staffing Management doesn't listen to staff No one has the staffs back Some of the doctors are a liability Doctors will throw you under the bus for their mistakes Everything is your fault You are made to feel guilty if you don't pick up extra shifts Calling out if you are actually sick is frowned upon and they will try to convince you to come in.
