Pros

I can’t think of any. They were great and offered great benefits but everything changed

Cons

No room for professional growth. They offer no maternity leave besides the 12 weeks non paid FMLA. You can’t even use all your PTO to cover after having a baby

Supportive work environment. Routine clinical skills training and development classes. Appreciation and recognition committees.

Cons

Current Staffing “matrix” gives no consideration to patient acuity levels. This directly affects the “patient experience” numbers. Typical corporate trick to squeeze as much out of the worker to save money.

Pros

Provider i worked for was great Easy onboarding

Cons

Clock in was out of date and slow, of computers were down you had to fax something to payroll Any problems took forever to get solved On my last day they locked out my log in at 2pm, when my day ended at 6 so i was useless the rest of the day
