Good benefits package and flexible schedule.

Cons

Favoritism and an ingrained "Blame" culture. The silo management mentality that is prevalent in the workplace leads to a serious blame culture that looks to shift responsibility to others that don't have the authority.

Pros

Great place to start if you are trying to start your career in healthcare . The floor staff are amazing and work very hard.

Cons

Unfortunately upper management only cares about the bottom line and getting people in and out not their actual care . They put staff last and will BURN YOU OUT IF YOU STAY! Benefits are also very subpar.
