Pros

Chance to gain some quick experience and make a few connections with others for future. A great playing field for nurses, and an OK one for administrative staff.

Cons

The policies are... pretty trash. For example, a new policy we have that went into effect July 20th, 2025 is that you are only allowed a single doctor's note in a 12 month period. Most management bend over backwards and screw over their team. Very hard to find reliable and honest people. HR doesn't care about you even while they're actively breaking the law, but that's no surprise. You're easily underpaid and underappreciated. Oh, and you can't transfer positions or facilities (you have to be there for 6 months, minimum) without the approval of your current manager.

Pros

A pro is that pay was great

Cons

A con is unattainable workload with amount of staff needing to be overseen.
