Employees in the department cared about doing the right thing for coworkers and other employees and tried to elevate the culture.

Cons

Senior leaders are more concerned about themselves than the employees. CHRO is a revolving door.

Good experience, manager was nice

Cons

The microbiology lab kept bringing in new work without the proper resources. The hospital we took over used a different LIS and it took over a year to update. We were not given the proper support during this time. There was also some favoritism in the lab as well, and some (not all) of the employees were rude.
