      -Terrible working culture beginning at the very top - You’ll feel unappreciated and unheard - If there is an issue and you may need help, people are more likely to yell at you for needing help than to just help you and solve the problem Could probably say more

      You learn a lot bc you’re expected to do everything as the nurse.

      Cons

      It’s unsafe bc you’re doing everything. Depending on which unit you work for it could feel like a totally different hospital setting. As a employee working their sweat tears and blood…seeing hospital admin walking around irritates me. It’s hard to get payroll correct/compensated. You over obsess about catching a mistake. Your schedule never gets taken seriously. Your PTO gets laughed at.
