      Working for Lifebridge allows me to bring a paycheck home.

      -No salary increase in 2 years. -They care more about there patients then employees.

      Pros

      They always have job openings. The colleagues I had were great and helpful.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know what they are doing. Company prioritizes profits over staff safety. Middle and upper management are not held accountable for anything, so long as their units are making profits - anything goes. They will keep units understaffed and deny OT to those willing to help if it'll make them look better.
