      Close to home, decent cafeteria.

      Cons

      Management does not take concerns seriously, does not join the numbers when at critical staffing numbers, and the pay is below the average market salary. High turnover in staffing, little to no support from management to VPs. When a company is offering $10,000 to get people in, there is a reason.
