i liked my job and the flexibilty it offered. the coworkers were hit and miss

Pros

There are no pros to working for the contact center

Cons

There is no training. They don't provide the full job description in their job posts. Team leads have terrible communication skills and Sade can be very rude. They are very set in their ways. They were not honest during my interview.
