      Coworkers feel like family. Super supportive and willing to help each other. People are genuinely kind, you learn a lot of great skills here

      Very fast busy fast paced ICU Stepdown that can be overwhelming for some. If you are able to handle it you learn a lot of prioritization skills and how to be efficient with your time. It also can be very exhausting, high turnover
