Pros

Benefits (health, vision, dental, discounts, elective pet insurance) are great, not the best I've ever seen, but great. You will get to work with a team of dedicated people that are good at what they do and are passionate about what they do. Leadership, in my experience, will listen to you and try to help you with issues coming from higher up the chain.

Cons

Retention fluctuates dramatically, which means when times are bad (which I'd say is maybe six months or longer out of the year,) longer hours, increased workload, and newer staff that need to be trained to rise to a good level. Full training takes four months or so, but full competency can take up to a year. Compensation often feels lacking for the workload & mandatory overtime. Higher ups do not often listen to the needs of the technicians unless it comes directly from a manager or director. Morale is often kinda depressing.
