      Pros

      Employees are treated great! I feel respected and appreciated. Pay and benefits are good. Strong teamwork. Fun work environment. Plenty of room for advancement. All this helps keep employees dedicated to the mission and prevent burnout.

      Cons

      Communication amongst the department could be improved. Some inconsistencies and confusion.

      Very good people that work for LifeNet Health and take into account every part of the donation process. I am so happy to be working for such a wonderful company and industry like this.
