Lifenet Health is a world class organization, with a strong passion and dedication to their mission of saving lives and restoring health. My personal experience working for Lifenet Health has been a great. It is a great company that offers great benefits and compensation to their employees. Knowing that the work done here is directly affecting the lives of so many is the most rewarding feeling in the world. Lifenet Health is more than just a job, it gives me a feeling of purpose!

Cons

Everyday is a great day at Lifenet Health. There are no cons to helping heal the world one patient at a time.

Supporting our mission of saving lives, restoring health, and giving hope is certainly an important part of selecting new employees to join our team. We strive to bring people on board who are looking to do meaningful work that serves a purpose. It's a difficult task for hiring managers since some candidates present themselves differently in interviews. They have heard about LifeNet Health's great reputation and that we are in a cycle of rapid growth and they want to be a part of it. But we are more than that yet not everyone is driven by our mission. This is why we have developed the behavioral-based interview process and tools to help managers select new employees who are looking for a purpose and a career.

Pros

The company is always working to improve the way it treats its employees, there is tremendous support from the business if you seek it. Benefits are better than any other company in the area. Early in my career but could see myself retiring from the company if it keeps on improving and continuing on this path. Most of the management team is great to work with including the CEO and many Of the VPs. Even though there is a lot of work to be done, it is very rewarding. Enjoy going to work every day.

Cons

Although the company is always trying to improve, I believe there are some growing pains. There is a lack of clarity in some policies with department management giving conflicting information vs HR, and HR even having conflicting information internally. The way some management handles performance reviews can leave you feeling very unfulfilled when working extremely hard through the year to then be rated average with other managers rating their team differently.
