Business Outlook
Pros
Good company that is responsive to employee's complaints. It's a not for profit so it will be more difficult for them to be taken over by other large medical device firms, as seems to happen so often. Virginia Beach is a nice town to live in. Good sales team and partners.
Cons
Central planning and approvals make approvals slow. The organization is changing in a positive way to becoming more market responsive. I think it'll end well.
