Pros

Health benefits and work exprience.

Cons

Its almost like highschool. The environment is toxic and there is a LOT of bullying. I remember one of my coworkers went to HR about bullying and simply asked for a shift change. The manager declined and made her work with people who were bullying her while she was pregnant! Toxic, toxic, toxic

Pros

Unlike what you may read, LNH, respects their employees and will invest in the future of professional and respectful employees. Jobs are tough to come by so if you are chosen to work here LNH sees something promising in you! Those chosen have a unique personality that cannot be faked. Dedication is a must. You must be driven, you must care, and you must strive to be the best.

Cons

LNH is not for the weak. If you are just looking for a paycheck don’t apply!

Pros

In the beginning there were many pros. Making a difference in many lives, is very fulfilling. Getting treated like your worthless is not.

Cons

The culture here is so bad. You are treated like property of Lifenet Health, as opposed to an actual employee. This entire job was a hoax from the moment I stepped foot in the door. Management has been the worst I have ever experienced. Nothing in this department is based on your work ethic. Everything comes down to the managers liking you. The managers are constantly changing and could care less about your career growth or well being on the shift. All of your concerns will be disregarded and if you try to speak up for your self. The managers will make sure your life is miserable. I have been bullied and my hard work has gone unrecognized for so long. This is the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. I encourage anyone who is looking for a place to work to try the other departments, as they all seem happier in their work life environment.
