Too little pay for expectations!!!!!!
18 people have quit in the 7 months I have worked here
Management does not incentivize hard work (i.e. picking up more skills does not correlate with a pay raise)
Poor work culture (bullying, uninvolved management)
Micromanagement (you have to write on paper whenever you are taking a break and the managers check it?)
Pay varies person to person and does not reflect prior experience (I have a bachelors of science and get paid less than someone that came from a desk job at an insurance company. I obviously didn’t know this upon hiring)
