Pros

you have a contact person to send mails

Cons

I applied for a job, the recruiting person reached out to me asking for more information very fast. After they got my informations they never responded again in two weeks. As i called the recruiter she hasn‘t read my mail or send the information to the hiring manager. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Pros

Co-workers are great! That’s all

Cons

I cautious everyone about this company. They are doing a lot of changes by slowly taking away perks and benefits that separates this company from the rest of the companies out there. First, they took away our free lunch, second, they have now cut the merit increase to only 3% even if you scored 3.5% or higher. Next, they will also take away the bonus that we get every year. This company is going downhill, the Chief Human Resource Officer sucks. Since he started with the company, all these perks and benefits have slowly been taken away. They refuse to get a pay cut, but gives lower level employees pay cuts. These are against Bill Anderson’s beliefs, he loves his employees and he always gives back to the people. Unlike these crooks, the HR Chief Officer as well as the CEO they are pushing everybody out. That’s why a lot of people have left the company and people up to this day are quitting. They CANNOT keep their employees because they act like a tyrant. GO LOOK ELSEWHERE for your own sake, do your research coz LifeNet used to be a good company, well NOT ANYMORE
