Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you had an employee experience that made you feel like senior leadership is untrustworthy and doesn't communicate. As a leader, communication can be a challenge especially in a fast paced environment like LifeNet Health. Communication takes planning and time. Sometimes we are moving quickly throughout the day and we don't always communicate as frequently as we should with our employees. Often times a lack of communication can be interpreted as withholding of information. As leaders, this is not the intention and it is certainly an area where we can continue to improve on. Thanks for bringing it to our attention and for your review.

Pros

Lifenet Health is a world class organization, with a strong passion and dedication to their mission of saving lives and restoring health. My personal experience working for Lifenet Health has been a great. It is a great company that offers great benefits and compensation to their employees. Knowing that the work done here is directly affecting the lives of so many is the most rewarding feeling in the world. Lifenet Health is more than just a job, it gives me a feeling of purpose!

Cons

Everyday is a great day at Lifenet Health. There are no cons to helping heal the world one patient at a time.

Supporting our mission of saving lives, restoring health, and giving hope is certainly an important part of selecting new employees to join our team. We strive to bring people on board who are looking to do meaningful work that serves a purpose. It's a difficult task for hiring managers since some candidates present themselves differently in interviews. They have heard about LifeNet Health's great reputation and that we are in a cycle of rapid growth and they want to be a part of it. But we are more than that yet not everyone is driven by our mission. This is why we have developed the behavioral-based interview process and tools to help managers select new employees who are looking for a purpose and a career.

Pros

Nice PTO accumulation rate, Good pay, Most of the supervisors genuinely want to see you succeed and aren't afraid to lend a hand to those who need it, great atmosphere, Great HR that tries to solve a problem instead of immediately firing and will look in complaints or worries in a very timely manner, very easy to move up and around in the company, Upper management and HR despite their faults will try their best to accommodate you and work with you on anything from behavior to performance, and the satisfaction of leaving work everyday knowing you're helping dozens of people everyday through your work. All in all a great company to work for despite its faults.

Cons

Bad work/Life balance, Pettiness between technicians and supervisors and each other, Favoritism (though it isn't as bad as the other reviews make it seem), Upper-management has no idea what goes on in the clean hall outside of second hand reports, and the pay to work ratio could use some work.
