      Pros

      The benefits are good, and most people are friendly.

      Cons

      Zero consistency. Micromanagement. Misogyny. Lots of inflated egos in upper management who like to hear themselves talk. Severe lack in training, feedback, or guidance. Gossip from upper management and very unprofessional. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros.
