Pros

helping donor families through a very difficult time and respecting their loved ones gift and providing recipients with the best quality gift!

Cons

the lack of respect for one another in P & L . Trainees get treated like garbage.

Pros

If you love being called the “R” word or if you love being treated poorly and unfairly by your superiors then apply! This place is a joke. They want to “honor the donor” but how can you when you have bullies running the shift ?

Cons

Lack of management and staff, bullying on the job, favoritism.

Pros

Work for a cause. Great benefits. Plenty of PTO. Paid maternity leave. Easy to move laterally between departments. Good people. Reward innovation.

Cons

Changes in job descriptions made it more difficult to move up. Lots of changes in the upper level management.
