Pros

That you get a paycheck every two weeks.

Cons

Can't use pto when needed, constantly adding more unreasonable and unnecessary work when we only have 8 hours plus unpaid 45 min lunch. Hr does not care about the covid 19 policies they put in place. You are supposed to be sent home after being stopped twice but they will make you go and sit and wait until you "cool off" and then go through the temp again. It sucks how cooperate this once family oriented company use to be.

It sounds as if you are experiencing a few challenges with your daily experiences. I would strongly encourage you to contact your HR Business Partner to work through these challenges. It is always great to hear from our newly employed colleagues. Thank you so much for your feedback. We work hard at LifeNet to provide a culture of inclusion. We are not unlike many organizations that experienced life under the pandemic. Colleagues who are in the office tend to cling to people they feel safe with. We are hoping that as guidelines loosen some of our newer colleagues will have the chance to experience the full LNH culture! Thank you again for your post.
