Pros

Great growth opportunities, if you are qualified. Pay is as good as you'll get if you don't have a degree.

Cons

Some of the entry level departments have employees that are extremely immature. Management for the most part works to help in those situations.

Worst Donation Company in the Industry

Pros

Great common mission of saving lives through organ and tissue donation.

Cons

Horrible leadership (especially within Tissue Recovery) Poor performing HR Department - constantly threatened and scared of EO lawsuits so rarely if ever get rid of poor performing employees because of potential backlash. This allows the employees to basically do whatever they want to - lie, cheat, steal from the company without any sort of accountability.

Pros

The employees truly live out the mission of "Saving lives, restoring health, giving hope." Despite recent growth and multiple campuses - their is still a strong sense of community. Strong training programs - excellent benefits.

Cons

This not a field for everyone.
