Pros

CEO really cares about the mission. Coming from a for profit this has been an great change. He also cares about employees much more so than my past experiences. During the pandemic, every employee kept their job, upper management made some sacrifices to ensure all other employees remained whole. Some employees had to move into new roles, but all kept their salary and benefits. Also- a lot has been done since the VERY start of the pandemic to ensure employee safety was always a priority.

Cons

Every company has its positives and negatives, but I wouldn't trade my position for anything.

Pros

Interesting, meaningful, great benefits and schedule (9:00 am- 5:00 pm). Lunch is 45 minutes and the company pays for lunch.

Cons

The above referenced schedule is going to change on January 2, 2021. New schedule is 8:15 am - 5:00 pm. Lunch is still 45 minutes, but not covered by company,
