Pros

Solid Benefits and work goes towards a good cause

Cons

Pay seems insufficient for the amount of time commitment expected. Hiring people seems to be a slow process yet they are seemingly in need of employees. Change is slow and morale is abysmally low

Pros

Ability to work for a greater purpose

Cons

Hypocritical and Emotional manipulation of employees (i.e. "it just seems like you don't care about the mission the way you used to." "Are you sure you can't do this without us sending someone in here?" "Man, that person (who has a verified medical condition ) is just lazy, they always gotta use the bathroom, or get some water."

Pros

Excellent mission, proud to work for a company that saves lives, improves health, and gives hope. Donors are a priceless gift.

Cons

Managers have no respect for their employees, work load is not sustainable as people leave and aren’t replaced. Hostile work environment. Employees are insulted frequently and made to feel incompetent and lazy. I’d you don’t drink the cool-aid you’re not included in things, only brown nosers and people who tell leadership what they want to hear are promoted. Everyone else is harassed until they reach the point that leaving is the only option. Many have left this year without other employment secured. Rather be broke than treated like you’re not worth anything.
