Pros

The Company's mission alone makes it a worthwhile job. Aside from that, the way this company does business as a non-profit is the very embodiment of integrity and compassion. This is made obvious from the in-person interview.

Cons

I'm fairly new. As of right now, my only real complaint (if you want to call it that), is how long it took to get hired. It was just over three months from application to start date. I was getting ready to look for another job, but this one was really the one I wanted.

Pros

Wonderful Benefits Great Mission Community Outreach is Amazing

Cons

Zero Work-Life Balance due to "new" (since 2017) split shifts. We have little staff on many integral groups within the department which causes bottlenecks for production. The turnover rate is getting ridiculous at this point. We have little to no Senior Management support . They are aware of the plights of their staff and turn the other cheek. People who are seasoned employees are leaving in droves. The expectations of this department have gotten out of hand. There is absolutely no upward, career movement and breaking into higher roles largely depend on who you know and what they will do for you, not based on merit, ability, dedication, education, or experience. Workload and operating procedures constantly change without adequate training, SOP written updates and support. Job descriptions change without warning or training.
