Pros

Company has strong values and takes care of its employees, definitely big on fostering a particular culture.

Cons

Typical drawbacks of working with other people in a potentially stressful environment; hours can be long and unpredictable depending on job (tissue recovery, etc.), personality conflicts, and so on.

Interview Process and LNH

Pros

I have only been here for a short time but already feel part of the family. LNH welcomes you with open arms and everyone is very friendly. The Interview process was one of the best I have ever been through. It was well organized and LNH kept you informed at each step. There are a lot of extra benfits that LNH offers which improve morale. The mission is very important and valuable to improving global health and saving lives.

Cons

I have only been here a short time and have not witnessed any cons yet.

Worst Donation Company in the Industry

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Great common mission of saving lives through organ and tissue donation.

Cons

Horrible leadership (especially within Tissue Recovery) Poor performing HR Department - constantly threatened and scared of EO lawsuits so rarely if ever get rid of poor performing employees because of potential backlash. This allows the employees to basically do whatever they want to - lie, cheat, steal from the company without any sort of accountability.
