      Benefits far exceed today's business standards. Great mission which is career rewarding. Positive work culture for those who care about making a difference in other people's lives.

      Pros

      Corporate culture, quality people, high quality systems that result in high quality grafts, highly mission oriented. The talk and the actions of the company match in so many ways. Benefits as stellar too. I didn't realize how bad I had it at other companies until coming here. WOW.

      Cons

      Coming from the surgical device world they don't pay like other companies in the short term. But the long term more than makes up for it.
