Pros

Great benefits packages, awesome tuition reimbursement! They put a lot into the company and importance of people and their passion for what they do! They make everyone feel as though their role is important and very welcoming and inviting environment! As a company as a whole they are pretty good to their employees and treating everyone well!

Cons

The locations are rather oddly spaced and kind of not as ideal as the actual headquarters due to the rapid expansion, but that will come with time and planning of course!

Pros

Excellent benefits, great co-workers, great working conditions. Strong growth on the market, non-profit with an excellent mission.

Cons

Continuous rapid growth resulting in ever increasing workload with inadequate resources to get things completed. Very top heavy in upper management.

Pros

The culture and atmosphere here is that of family. Regardless of location, you are greeted with hello walking down the hall. I have worked here for a little over a year and have had extremely positive experiences. My boss has spent a great deal of time with me training me for what to expect and provides guidance when needed. The employees here make the department feel like a family and are genuinely concerned with each other's well being. People that work here and have stayed here long term believe in the mission and I can see this everyday in the work they do. An emphasis is placed on work life balance so that no employee burns out on workload.

Cons

I feel that LifeNet Health is moving in the right direction with the culture of continuous improvement in daily tasks and work. As with all employers, there are good days and bad days. The bad days here are a little less 'bad' compared to some of the places I have worked due to the support I have received.
