      Pros

      The field employees serve the community well.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about the employees. The facilities are WORN, DATED and falling apart. The fleet department can't keep trucks on the road. You will spend 12-24 hours a day inside an ambulance without breaks. Management doesn't care about a work/life balance or employee health and well-being.

      It was great in teamwork and able to swap shifts so you can have days off

      There were some people who weren’t my favorite to work with but everyone else was great
