The people you work with day to day are truly there to help those in need.
Cons
Salary - if your mission is to help people get out of poverty, shouldn’t your employees be included in this? Pay is VERY low, health insurance is way to expensive, most employees go to (and qualify for) the marketplace. 401k is a farce. Upper management does not respect or appreciate staff.
