Lifecore had a strong community feel and really cared for their employees.

Cons

In my department, I felt like I was treated like a child. Management was very young and it showed.

Small company atmosphere makes it easy to get to know coworkers Easy to make improvements and create change Friendly employees that always say hello in passing Opportunity for promotion and internal job change as the company grows Employees are rewarded for hard work and accomplishments

Cons

New employees aren't always taught enough about the company until months into their employment Due to the small company size, everyone knows everything about everyone Mistakes are not easily forgotten
