The people at this company are amazing. The leadership here is creative, driven, and open to new ideas. The culture is fun and exciting to be part of.

Cons

We are growing very fast, and some of our processes/policies are slow to catch up. If you like a fast pace and are flexible, it's a great "start-up" type of atmosphere.

The leadership team allows me to do what is most important--delivering Whole Person Senior Care. In my 15+ years working with seniors, I have never worked for an organization that lives by their Mission and Values like Lifesprk.

Cons

At this time, the company is experiencing aggressive growth. Overall, the experience has been favorable, but at times it is challenging learning the unique personality of each team member.
